Coming shortly, my brief analysis of tonight's foreign policy-oriented Republican presidential debate, which appears to be the only occasion ever in which Herman Cain did NOT mention his 9-9-9 plan (unless it came up in the 10 minutes or so I missed because of internet troubles).
